2. What data we collect
When you submit a form, we collect the name and phone number you provide, your preferred messenger and unit type (if selected), and technical marketing data: the page you landed on, UTM tags, advertising click identifiers (gclid/fbclid), referrer and the time of submission.
3. Why we process it
We use this data solely to contact you about Sunway Residence: to send the requested materials (brochure, price list, floor plans, payment terms) and to answer your questions. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit a form.
4. Who receives the data
Form submissions are forwarded to the sales team via secure automation services. We use Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics for anonymous traffic measurement. We do not sell your data and do not share it with unrelated third parties.
5. Retention
We keep lead data for as long as necessary to process your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it earlier.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
You may request access, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to sales@sunwayresidence.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD).
7. Cookies
The website uses technical cookies and analytics/marketing tags (Google Tag Manager) to measure advertising performance. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
